BUYING AND REFUNDS

YOUR CONFIRMATION OF ANY ORDER INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY. 

 

IN THE UNLIKELY CASE THAT YOU DO RECEIVE A WIG WITH A FAULT, WE ARE HAPPY TO REFUND, REPAIR OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR CUSTOM ORDERS, FAULTS DO NOT INCLUDE SIZING, COLOUR OR ANY CUSTOM REQUEST. PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE  AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE PRIOR TO SENDING THE UNIT BACK SO THAT WE CAN ADVISE ON HOW TO RETURN THE UNIT TO US.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT LACE WIGS ARE MADE FROM STRANDS OF HAIR ONTO A LACE CAP. THEREFORE, OVERTIME AS YOU WEAR THE WIG,WASH THE WIG, COMB THE HAIR ETC..  THE HAIR ON THE LACE WILL SHED. WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HAIR SHEDDING ON YOUR WIG IF YOU ARE USING GLUE OR GEL OR ANY PRODUCT TO LAY DOWN THE LACE SO WE STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO USE GLUE ,GEL OR TAPES ON YOUR WIG. WITHOUT PROPER CARE, APPLYING GLUE/GEL ON THE LACE CAN CREATE BUILD UP OF GEL INSIDE THE LACE. WHEN ITS TIME TO REMOVE THE GEL FROM THE LACE, SOME OF THE HAIR WILL COME OUT OF THE LACE.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOOK AFTER YOUR WIGS. LACE WIGS WILL NATURALLY DETERIORATE OVER TIME DUE TO GENERAL WEAR. BLEACHED KNOTS AND COLOUR WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE TO THIS SO PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND WHEN PURCHASING OUR LACE WIGS. NUOLAWIGS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE DUE TO GENRAL WAER AND TEAR.

NUOLA WIGS GO THROUGH AN EXTENSIVE COLOURING/BLEACHING PROCESS (AS WELL AS BLEACHING THE KNOTS) TO ACHIEVE OUR COLOURS WHICH MAKES OUR WIGS SUSCEPTIBLE TO SHEDDING. BY AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON GROUNDS OF SHEDDING FOR THIS REASON. HOWEVER, OUR WIGS COMES WITH A 6 MONTHS WARRANTY, IF YOU DO EXPERIENCE SHEDDING WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE. (PLEASE READ BELOW)

All our wigs  except (sale/discounted Wigs) comes with a 6 months free warranty if the wig starts to shed/ creates bald spots or colour fades. The wig warranty service is NOT a replacement of a new wig. Rather, its a service where we replace or add more hair if in the unlikely event you experience balding on the wig.

Please note warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage to the wig

  • If the wig has been altered eg recoloured, bleached

  • If the lace is torn/ripped

  • If glue, gel or tape has been applied whilst wearing the wig.

  • Sleeping with the wig on

  • Swimming with the wig on

  • If the lace of the wig has been cut further back than the hairline

Please note that our warranty for hair replacement service on a wig that is shedding within a year can take up to 3 months.

It is strongly advised that you have more than one wig (second wig can be synthetic to save money) as wearing the same wig everyday can reduce the longevity of the wig.

NUOLAWIGS DOES NOT RECOMMEND TO ALTER OR COLOUR ANY OF OUR UNITS. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ASSISTANCE AND GUIDANCE.

IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH YOUR UNIT YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS;

YOU MUST CONTACT NUOLAWIGS CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.

THE UNIT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNCUT OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED UNITS THAT HAVE HAD THE LACE CUT OR BEEN WORN. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON THE UNIT AND DO NOT CUT THE LACE.

PURCHASING FROM NUOLAWIGS WEBSITE

Whenever you use this Website to order Nuolawigs product, our Website Terms and Conditions will apply to your use of the Website in addition to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Nuolawigs has taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly and accurately described. However, when ordering please note that:

  • Orders will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description of the goods and their prices as advertised on this Website;

  • All prices are displayed in pounds Sterling inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

  • Packaging may vary from that shown on the Website;

  • The sizes shown on the Website are approximate only and may vary slightly;

  • Colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

  • All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) of equal or higher quality and value.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute Nuolawigs ‘ acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) that you ordered from us.

If you supplied us with your email address when entering your payment details (or if you have a registered account with us), we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before dispatch. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for the products or return those products to us in accordance with reasonable return instructions that we provide to you and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense.

If you do not do this within 30 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order. If Nuolawigs cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

 
PAYMENT

We only accept payment in UK Pound Sterling (GBP). Customers outside the UK will be billed in Sterling.
