All Wigs come precustomised with preplucked hairline and bleached knots. The wigs are hand-tied on a stretchy, breathable wigcap that fits securely nice and snug. Double straps are added for extra security. These wigs are designed to be glueless however you can still apply glue if you wish.

**Please Note, Lace is NOT cut** If you want the lace cut, please add notes to your order (this will be classed as a custom request)**

Styling of your choice also comes as standard.

The density of these wigs are 130% . The off black colour is standard 1b. The blonde colour is #613 (without the brazzy tones), For any other colours, colored roots, style, length, density not listed, please send us an email before placing your order at info@nuolawigs.com

Please also specify what colour lace is needed..eg, Light brown, medium brown or dark brown.

All our wigs except (sale/discounted Wigs) comes with a 1 year free warranty if the wig starts to shed/ creates bald spots or colour fades. The wig warranty service is NOT a replacement of a new wig. Rather, its a service where we replace or add more hair if in the unlikely event you experience balding on the wig.

Please note warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage to the wig

If the wig has been altered eg recoloured, bleached

If the lace gets torn/ripped

If glue or tape has been applied whilst wearing the wig.

Sleeping with the wig on

Swimming with the wig on

Please note that our warranty for hair replacement service on a wig that is shedding within 6 months can take up to 3 months.

It is strongly advised that you have more than one wig (second wig can be synthetic to save money) as wearing the same wig everyday can reduce the longevity of the wig.
