All our wigs, except those on sale, come with a 6-month free warranty that covers issues such as shedding, the creation of bald spots, or color fading. Please note that this warranty does not entail the replacement of the entire wig. Instead, it provides a service where we add or replace hair in the event of balding or shedding.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage to the wig

Alterations to the wig, such as recoloring or bleaching

Tears or rips in the lace

Application of glue or tape while wearing the wig

Sleeping with the wig on

Swimming with the wig on

Our hair replacement service for wigs experiencing shedding within the warranty period may take up to 2 months to complete.

To extend the life of your wig, it is strongly recommended that you own more than one wig. Consider purchasing a second wig possibly a synthetic one, to save money, as wearing the same wig every day can reduce its longevity.
